Terms and Conditions

1. This promotion is offered by Marktplaats B.V (“Gumtree”).
2. This promotion applies to: (a) existing Gumtree dealers accounts only who are currently subscribed to a Basic Package, or, (b) new dealer accounts who subscribe to a Standard Packag
3. To be eligible for the promotion, you must: (a) dealers must agree to upgrade from a Basic Package subscription to a Standard Package subscription for a minimum of 3 months (b) sign a new Gumtree Dealer agreement agreeing to upgrade from their Basic Package to a Standard Package
4. Eligible dealers will receive an upgrade for one month to a Premium Package subscription.
5. Each dealer is entitled to one upgrade only. This promotion cannot be used across multiple accounts for the same business. Multiple upgrades cannot be used by the same account or business.
6. Gumtree accounts that have been suspended or made inactive by Gumtree prior to or during the promotion are not eligible for this promotion.

8. Gumtree is not liable for any loss or damage of any nature (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) which is suffered in connection with receiving or using the discount, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Any tax liability arising from accepting the discount is the attendee’s responsibility.
